ABOUT ME


My mission to build better minds, bodies, and habits. I help Military, Vets, and First Responders lose 20 lbs of fat in 90 days so they can 2x their energy, boost confidence, and reach peak performance. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and weaknesses. My goal is to help you reach your goals, using the time and the resources you have, while giving you the tools to be successful. The foundation of a great life is the ability to enjoy it, which becomes very difficult to enjoy life to the fullest when you feel held back by an injury, weighed down by internal struggles that you feel powerless to overcome, or you lack the strength, or the energy to do so.

What qualifies me to coach this you may ask? Because I've been there! I know what it's like to constantly live on edge, to feel trapped in crowded areas, to fight to get sleep because sleep means battling with internal demons you can't tell anyone about. At this point in my life, I have spent over 21 years in the United States Army. During that time, I went on three deployments. Two to Iraq and one to Afghanistan. These deployments along with my time in the military greatly shaped the person I am today, the deployments also created many internal battles that I still fight to this day. It took many years but I finally chose to face those battles and begin working towards healthy ways to deal with those battles. 

Over the last few years I have embarked on a journey of self development, fitness mastery, and finding ways to live with the symptoms of PTSD. Through this journey I have chosen to dedicate my life to helping others do the same. I firmly believe that we all have a duty to reach our fullest potential and that all people are capable of greatness.
