I’ve been where you are. Tired. Worn down. Questioning everything.

I spent years pouring into my career and giving my all to everyone around me… while quietly breaking down inside.


Stress was my constant state. Alcohol was my escape. And sleep was a battleground I often lost.

I felt stuck in a body I hated and a mindset I didn’t know how to change.

But I didn’t stay stuck.


Through years of internal work, physical transformation, and emotional healing, I took my power back.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have a very busy schedule?

No problem! All of our current clients are professional military or law enforcement and many of them have families as well and therefore are incredibly busy.

When we design our clients programs and we discuss the exercises and training strategy, all key lifestyle factors are considered because they affect both the time and the energy available. This includes the time for training, and for preparing meals.

What if I am a beginner?

That is not a problem. Our programs are designed based on where the client is currently at. Therefore you can participate whether you have never worked out a day in your life, or are a seasoned veteran who is trying to reignite the fire.

All the exercises are delivered with instructional videos, taking the guesswork out of how to perform the movements. We also encourage our clients to send they're own videos for feedback from the coach.

What if I don't have access to much equipment?

We tailor our programs specifically to the equipment available. So whether you have no equipment at all or a fully equipped fitness center our programs can be tailored to your needs.

That said, we will be realistic with the progress you can make towards your goals and the length of time it will take, based on what you have access to, based on your goals.

What if I travel regularly for work?

Just like having limited equipment, we can adjust for heavy travel requirements.

How will you keep me accountable?

You will have multiple ways to stay in touch with your coach; phone, text, in-app messaging, and email, and can expect response times of no more than 24 hours.

If you ever fall off your plan for a few days, your coach will reach out to discuss methods to get you back on track. There will also be a set process to ensure you continue to make progress and can make adjustments when necessary (for example; weekly live calls and check-ins).

How does your guarantee work?

The guarantee is very simple. At any point during the first month, if you are at all unhappy with your progress or experience, you will be refunded in full.

I am confident however that once you have been on your program for several weeks that you will be happy with the results and be excited to continue.

Should you have any concerns at any point along the way, I encourage you to share those concerns and give us the opportunity to make it right.
