For years, I chased success. In the military, in my career, in every area of life.
I rose through the ranks. I checked every box. I led soldiers, advised leaders, and became the guy everyone could depend on.
But behind the uniform… I was running on fumes.
I was worn out. Frustrated. Soft around the edges, physically and emotionally.
And the worst part? I was losing the very edge that made me feel like me.
My energy was gone. My confidence was shot. I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror… and I hated how often I snapped at the people I loved most.
That’s when I stopped surviving and started rebuilding.
What followed was years of deep, holistic transformation. I learned how to align my training, nutrition, mindset, and mission in a way that finally made sense for a dad, a husband, a leader.
And now? I help other men do the same.
